The one fuse to rule them all**
Master Fuse is an entirely new kind of fuse. In the past, Synergistic Research developed the highest resolution fuse given the current technology while voicing their fuses to complement a maximum number of systems. For over a decade, as newly developed technologies came online, like new UEF Compounds and new conditioning processes, they have applied them to the next generation of cutting-edge fuses, usually every two years. Of course, SR is striving for maximum resolution plus the warmth needed for most systems to sound musical. Never before Synergistic Research was able to press resolution and other sonic traits as far as they have now.

Overview
Three years ago, Gryphon forever changed Ultra-Luxe Audio with the introduction of Apex and Commander: a Power Amplifier and Preamplifier whose performance and sound quality represented significant improvements from all previous designs. Combined with our State-of-the-Art Kodo Loudspeaker System, Ethos DAC/Transport and Vanta cabling, Apex and Commander deliver a level of system synergy beyond all other High End Systems. The recent introduction of Gryphon PowerZone extended this excellence even farther, virtually eliminating AC Power issues.
Overview

The culmination of a once-in-a-lifetime collaboration between Soren Slebo of The Gryphon Design Team, Turntable Legend Helmut Brinkmann, Cartridge Master Ortofon and the Aarhus Technical Institute, Apollo by Gryphon is more than a turntable: it is a seminal event in the history of High End Audio.
VPI unfortunately lost their VPI Grandma, Shirley Green who has been with the company since the beginning. The mother of VPI founder Sheila Weisfeld was initially helping her daughter and her husband Harry in the VPI office which ended up being her new career. Sheila and Shirley were the heroes of the VPI office. Shirley was low maintenance, strong, and got the job done. This is why VPI named their new entry level Moving Magnet cartridge after her.
